What?

BlackBox Transcoding™ works as an integral part of the Cloudonix platform. No special configurations are required – the Cloudonix network core will “magically” transcode between the relevant codecs.
  • Our global network of transcoding servers operate seamlessly and autonomously. Calls are transcoded on both inbound and outbound connections, as required.
  • Active network monitoring ensures best of quality is delivered for each transcoded call – as it traverses the network.
  • Transcoded calls are internally served using High-Definition (HD) Codecs.
